- Representation of national investing and management company in acquiring large and diverse apartment property portfolio.

- Representation of commercial retail property investors in financing, purchase, development, and management of mixed use condominium high rise projects and shopping centers.
- Representation of institutional lenders in various loan transactions, construction loan agreements, and syndicated financing agreements.
