Meg practices general civil litigation, at the trial and appellate level, with a focus on complex civil litigation and employment law.   Meg has represented many of the firm’s clients, including:

  • Two individual directors of a large out-of-state corporation, who were sued in Texas federal court for breach of fiduciary duty.
  • A large corporation sued in federal court by one of its former executives, after she was terminated, for employment discrimination and retaliation.
  • A local developer/owner in a complex arbitration, in which the general contractor sought millions of dollars in damages.
  • An expert witness in a multi-venue dispute over unpaid fees.
  • A Texas limited partnership sued in state district court for violations of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act.  
  • A local corporation involved in a lease dispute with a former tenant in federal district court.
  • Employers sued for violations of Title VII, the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, Texas Minimum Wage Act, and other employment laws in state and federal court.
