Mary Keeney's practice area is litigation, both in the courts and before administrative agencies. She has represented a major telecommunications company at the Public Utility Commission and in state and federal courts. She has also represented and counseled electric utilities in litigation arising out of the 1999 legislation introducing retail competition. Her practice encompasses a wide range of substantive law that includes telecommunications, electric utility, workers' compensation, insurance, and real estate. Her experience includes 10 years with the Texas Office of the Attorney General (1990-2000). She is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
