• Represented Fortune 500 technology company in connection with outsourcing its payroll functions to large U.S.-based service provider
• Represented a Fortune 500 technology company in negotiating a 10-year information technology outsourcing agreement covering most aspects of client's global IT operations, including network, server, and data operations as well as telecommunications, desktop support, and call center services
• Drafted and negotiated engineering and information technology services outsourcing agreements with major offshore service providers resulting in significant cost savings for client
• Prepared and negotiated outsourcing agreement for financial services including Fortune 500 client's internal accounts payable function to major U.S.-based service provider
