- Software development and licensing agreements for i-Phone applications developer
- Technology licensing for oil and gas exploration equipment manufacturer
- Mediation and resolution of claims among stakeholders in a financial services firm with nationwide operations, including the holders of preferred and common stock, the Board of Directors, and management
- Negotiation of a development, manufacturing and worldwide distribution agreement for electronic polymer materials with a Fortune 500 instruments an electronics company
- Representation of an Inc.-500 holographic imaging and technology company in corporate and commercial matters
- Representation of Texas Emerging Technology Fund companies
- Representation of an Austin Technology Incubator company in its initial venture financing
- Four years as Vice President and in-house General Counsel for an applications software company
