Elsbeth has over ten years of experience in the areas of federal income tax, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and general business. Her work includes tax planning and tax controversy representation for businesses, tax-exempt organizations and governmental authorities; tax issues relating to real estate, entity selection and general representation and advice on corporate and transactional matters.
