Incitement

Graves Dougherty lawyers have handled numerous cases where a publisher, television station, record company or performer has been accused of having induced violent or "copycat" behavior that caused injury or death, including:

Herceg v. Hustler Magazine, Inc., 814 F.2d 1017 (5th Cir. 1987) (dismissing claim that Hustler was responsible for death of teenager who accidentally killed himself while allegedly imitating dangerous sexual practice described in magazine)
