File Clerk

Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks a full-time File Clerk for an immediate opening in its Corporate section.  Candidates must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent organizational skills, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and DMS (document management system), at least 1 year of office experience, type a minimum of 50 words per minute, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior  law firm experience strongly preferred.

 

Corporate Associate

Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks a corporate associate with two-to-five years experience in corporate, M&A, private equity and commercial transactions. Candidates practicing in the area of corporate/partnership tax will also be considered for the position. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. 

 

Trusts & Estates Associate

Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks a trusts & estates associate with four-to-six years heavy concentration and intensive experience in estate planning and probate law.  Excellent academic credentials, work history, and verbal and written communication skills required.  Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

Summer Law Clerk Program

Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks talented and diverse first year law students to spend the second half of their summer with the firm.  Through its summer clerkship program, the firm seeks to establish lasting relationships with law students as they become new lawyers.  Beginning December 1, 2011, first year law students interested in the firm’s 2012 summer clerkship program are encouraged to submit a résumé and cover letter to Diane Dettmann, PHR, Director of Human Resources, at ddettmann@gdhm.com.
